Our own live project

The Finance Place.

Making financial information easier to explore through useful tools and clear next steps.

Try it for yourself

Three moments worth exploring.

Change a figure, see the effect and keep the useful result. These working examples show how a finance website can help someone prepare for a conversation.

01 · MORTGAGES

Make repayments tangible.

Explore a monthly payment, test a higher rate and see how an overpayment changes the term and total interest.

02 · BUSINESS FINANCE

Compare the full picture.

Put two loan structures side by side. Compare monthly repayments, fees and total cost as the rate or term changes.

03 · MONEY PLAN

Give the result a next step.

Save a mortgage scenario in the calculator, then open Money Plan to review it alongside your other goals. No account is needed to save on this device.

TFP’s calculators and self-service planning tools are available to explore. Its contact service is planned and is not accepting requests. Calculator results are illustrations, not quotes or financial advice.

From information to understanding.

Financial decisions often start with a question. What might my repayments look like? How would a different term change things? A useful website helps people explore those questions before choosing their next step.

The Finance Place is an independent project developed by Bowry Digital. It demonstrates our approach to organising financial information, creating interactive calculators and shaping guided journeys.

The design approach

  • Organise information around the questions visitors are trying to answer.
  • Use interactive tools to make estimates easier to explore.
  • Keep explanations and next steps close to the result.
  • Support people as they move from initial research towards a more informed conversation.

What this could mean for your business

An adviser website could bring a relevant calculator into its service pages and connect the next step to the right person. A broader finance business might need different journeys for borrowers, introducers and prospective members.

The right scope depends on your customers and processes. A focused broker website does not need every feature of a larger platform.

A demonstration of capability

This is our own project, rather than a commissioned client case study. We present it to show the experience and functionality; we do not claim measured increases in enquiries or revenue.
